Common areas on the fifth (5th) floor include a second acoustic performance stage, a Jacuzzi tub/shower, kitchen, separate 1/2 bath and large sound-insulated practice space. Fourth (4th) floor common areas include a great room and an acoustic performance stage, kitchen and bath with shower and huge 1920's claw-foot tub. Second (2nd) floor common area includes a secure bike storage & repair area, an air-conditioned lounge, a kitchenette and a full bath. The first (1st) floor common areas include 1 1/2 baths and a large waiting room. We also have well-stocked private vending machines throughout the lofts for your convenience.
