Under the terms of our lease, certain pets —like cats— are allowed under specific conditions. However, dogs are not permitted as household pets, and this rule is non-negotiable per our landlord’s policy.

That said, we understand and fully comply with California and federal Fair Housing laws regarding assistance animals, including Emotional Support Animals (ESAs).
